Red Hat Engineer vacancy for a globally operating Zurich based company in the financial sector.

Your tasks:

  • Monitoring and managing the production environment of the eTender procurement platform
  • Developing and implementing Ansible playbooks for automation and configuration management
  • Leading CI/CD pipeline implementations to streamline deployment processes
  • Resolving production issues as they arise
  • Collaborating with internal teams to enhance system functionalities and address system-related concerns
  • Documenting all technical procedures and configurations

Your experience/knowledge:

  • Demonstrated expertise as a Red Hat Engineer or in a similar position within a Red Hat environment
  • Extensive hands-on experience with Ansible for automation and orchestration tasks
  • Proven track record in setting up and managing CI/CD pipelines
  • Knowledge of eTender systems or similar procurement platforms, as well as previous consultancy experience in IT and systems management would be advantageous
  • Red Hat Certified Engineer certification is preferred
  • Language skills: English - fluent in written and spoken

Your soft skills:

  • Ability to diagnose and resolve complex production issues in high-stakes environments
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
